Delivery and Returns Information
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £5 per consignment.
Small items will be dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class. Larger items will be dispatched by Parcelforce.
Overseas orders (including Eire) are charged on an individually priced basis (price on application).
Most orders are dispatched within a few days. If there is going to be a delay we will contact you to advise.
Returns and Exchanges
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from us, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order or you wish to change it, we will gladly refund or exchange any unused items within 28 days of purchase.
Just follow these 3 easy steps:
- Simply call us on 07765 465174 between the office hours of 09:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday, and notify us of your wish to return or exchange your item(s).
- Using the same parcel that the goods arrived in, pack the item(s) to include all the original packaging.
- Send the parcel back to us to the following address:
Please note: Unless faulty or incorrect, all goods are returned at your own expense.
As goods are returned at your own risk, we strongly recommend sending goods by a recorded delivery method.
Goods damaged in your possession or returned without their original packaging will not be refunded.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the rare event of an item being faulty or not what you ordered please contact us as soon as you receive the goods on 07765 465174 during office hours of 09:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday.
We will refund the cost of the postage to the value of recorded delivery (we cannot refund additional postage charges above this), and we will refund the cost of the item(s) or organise the replacement of the faulty item(s).
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have from the day of purchase until 7 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us.
In this case we will issue you with a full refund however you will need to return the entire order at your own cost.
In all cases, the goods must be in an unused and saleable condition with all tags and labels attached and will be inspected on their return.
If you decide to cancel the contract for your order with Hammond Sporting you must let us know in writing (email is fine), quoting your name and order details.
